I am over the age of 1 8 and qualified to make this affidavit. I am employed by AT&T Wireless Services (“AT&T”) as a Subpoena Compliance Specialist and also serve as the Custodian of Records for AT&T Wireless Service. I have been employed by AT&T since September, 1993. Attached to this Affidavit are true and correct copies of call detail records, and subscriber information issued by AT&T for the following accounts on the following dates:
Cellular Number: 443-253-9023 Date Of Call Detail Records: 1/9/99 - 1/14/99 The attached copies of billing records are maintained by AT&T in the ordinary course of business. I maintain and routinely rely 'on these documents in the course of my duties as Custodian of Records and Security Analyst. Teresa Kaye
