A Message from Pastor Simon Downing
For over fifteen years I have been studying and thinking about the return of Jesus Christ, and what that means for today’s Church. But just over four years ago, I believe God spoke prophetically to me in a very clear way. He said: ‘begin writing’. I knew exactly what I had to write about. This calling, which has grown within me over the years, is to preach and teach to The Church about the times we are living in, that she might be ready and prepared for Jesus’ return. This book is part of that ongoing effort. I received my ministerial training at Birmingham Bible Institute (now Birmingham Christian College) and passed the Cambridge University Diploma, alongside the College’s own course. After that I then went on to Westhill College, Birmingham University, and attained a Bachelor of Applied Theology honours degree. I have spent the last sixteen years in ministry and I have recently started pastoring my third Baptist Church here in England. I have a lovely wife and two daughters – the support they have given me throughout has been amazing. Why have I written this report? Simply: to honour my Father because I am his son, and because I see the need for a work that will bring together the various strands of the eschatological picture. I hope this report will be a wakeup call to all of us, including myself; for time is gradually running out. I trust this book will help you to be surer of your faith, your God, his Word and of His hand upon our present world. May this report be like a voice in the wilderness preparing a straight path for the return of the Lord; something akin to the ‘spirit’ of John the Baptist - but this time for the Lord’s ‘Second Coming’. Preamble Christian believer, wherever you live in this world you and I are in a spiritual battle! There are things occurring in the ‘heavenly realms’ that are staggering, Ephesians 6v12f. We need to become so very aware of the times we are living in and appreciate that incredible things are taking place in our world. Time is of the essence. Maybe the footsteps of Jesus are getting closer to the door of heaven, ready to return… I do not want this book to be a dry experience, but one that is full of life; where its biblical teaching becomes real to us. My hope is that this book will be Word and Spirit, in that order. May we have a holy awe of Father, Son and Spirit and, as that Westminster Shorter Catechism reads: ‘to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever’. The end is nigh? In every generation since Christ returned to glory, people have been saying ‘the end is nigh’, or words to that effect. However, the scriptures teach of a worldwide, global political, economic and religious situation over which one man will finally rule. It is only in the last few years that such an ‘inter-national’ system has been put in place. We are now living at a time when a literal fulfilment of the scriptures can occur, as never before in earth’s history. Admittedly it is far easier to write a book about the truths that Revelation and other prophetic books offer to every generation, because those truths are eternal - they are more obvious. But as you peruse these pages I think you will be amazed at how ancient prophecies are coming true in a way that, I believe, cannot easily be denied. God is bringing things to a head in world history. I do not use the Bible as a ‘spiritual horoscope’ of prediction, as many have done. I have simply tried to interpret the scriptures in their own right, as honestly as possible and tried to determine their relevance to the times we are living in. Yet, with that written, there will be occasions when an element of prediction will be made because of necessity. In the final analysis it is only God who can see the end from the beginning! Simon

THE BACKGROUND TO ANCIENT BABYLON THE TOWER OF BABEL After the Flood, Satan attacked again in the city state of Babel. At Babel, the evil that Satan had practiced before the Flood was incorporated into a religion. The gods and goddesses of ancient mythology that existed before the Flood were worshipped in the hidden mysteries of the religion of Babel to honor Satan. Nimrod and Semiramis symbolized the pantheons of mythology, which all included a god of war and goddess of love. Nimrod, the founder of Babel, was the first imperial ruler and Evil King of the earth. He rose to power by conquering and subduing people. He symbolized the god of war. The goddess of love was worshipped in the temple of Babel by worshipping the female through prostitution. Ritual prostitution became the new attack on Marriage Culture. The temple in Babel was a tower that reached into heaven. It represented a physical solution of man trying to reach Heaven by his own means. But it was really a temple for the worship of Satan through the hidden mysteries of ritual prostitution and human sacrifice. Prostitution honored the goddess of love, while human sacrifice honored the god of war. The goddess of love and god of war are combined in the dichotomous love/hate nature of Satan. Babel became the prototype for Satan's attack on Marriage and the human race throughout the rest of human history. The Prostitute of Babel was born. And since the Hebrew Babel was transliterated as Babylon in the Greek, she became known as the Prostitute of Babylon. The Prostitute of Babylon was a woman, who, in the ritual of prostitution, was empowered by a demon goddess of love. The prostitution ritual was performed in the temple as a Satanic religion. What had been practiced openly before the Flood was practiced after it in mystery form through religion. The term, "mystery," refers to hidden knowledge only available to the initiate. The Prostitute of Babylon was the high priestess in the temple. She was in charge of the temple prostitutes, who also performed the function of Prostitute of Babylon. Ritual prostitution was a religion led by women. The Prostitute of Babylon was a woman who claimed to be the goddess of love during the prostitution ritual. She was empowered, or possessed, by a demon of Satan. The Prostitute of Babylon was a woman who symbolized Satan as the goddess of love in the prostitution ritual. At Babel, Satan successfully counterattacked human civilization for the third time. The power of the female in Satan's counterfeit religion had enslaved the entire civilization of the earth. The authority of the husband in Marriage Culture had been thwarted. In order to preserve human freedom, which was necessary for the volition test in the Appeal Trial of Satan, God came down and destroyed the Tower of Babel. He confused the languages, and scattered the people abroad. Thus, He instituted the Divine Institution of Nationalism whereby nations can fight to defend their sovereign authority and preserve their freedom. The name, Babel, means gate of God. However, it became the gate of the god, Satan, who convinced everyone to worship him through mythology, the lie of his counterfeit religion. God gave Babel a new definition when He confused the languages. Babel became known in a pun as as balal, which means confusion (Genesis 11:1-9).

THE BACKGROUND TO ANCIENT BABYLON BABYLON THE GREAT After his defeat at Babel, Satan exported his religion all over the world. In order to explain away his defeat, he invented a god named Bel, who was symbolized by a club. The war club became the preferred weapon of Bel, the god of war. He used his club to scatter his enemies, like the Jews, who became the Diaspora. Bel became the god of the next great citystate, Babylon. In history he was called by many names, including Baal and Janus. He was the god of the jigsaw puzzle and the god of the key with superior knowledge to put things back together and unlock any gate. His female counterpart was the goddess of fortresses (prisons) like Diana of Ephesus. Bel was symbolized by a key to the city of Babylon, and Semiramis was symbolized as a lock. These symbols related to worship through illicit sex. The male god killed enemies in war, and the female goddess locked up enemies at home. The Chaldean Empire with capital in Babylon became the greatest empire in history. Babylon is simply the Greek transliteration of the Hebrew word, Babel. It represented the power of the female who usurped the authority of the male in Marriage Culture. The symbol of the sacred bull in Babylon represented the power of love, not authority. Ishtar (the Moon goddess), was worshipped in the ziggurat temple as the goddess of love through ritual prostitution. Through the same religion from Babel, Satan was worshipped as the Most High god through the rites of the temple prostitutes who posed as the goddess of love. The goddess Inanna (the Morning Star, Venus) symbolized the Prostitute of Babylon. Ritual prostitution invoked the power of Ishtar or Inanna and love in lieu of authority. At Babylon, the goddess of love of Satan's Cosmic System had supreme power in the form of the temple prostitutes, who symbolized Inanna and Ishtar. The Prostitute of Babylon was the high priestess in the ziggurat temple who managed the other temple prostitutes. Babylon was under the power of the female. Inanna and Ishtar empowered the female. Love took over and authority fell by the wayside. Babylon set a new standard for the decadence of the power of love outside authority. When the Chaldeans conquered the world, the power of the Prostitute of Babylon spread throughout the world. Babylon the Great was a city that ruled the world. It was a city-state like Rome. Nebuchadnezzar was the evil King of Babylon and the commander of the first army that conquered the world. He was empowered by Satan as the god of war, whom he worshipped as Marduk. Even though Nebuchadnezzar had the power of the evil King when he conquered, Babylon the Great was also under the power of the female Prostitute of Babylon. Even though the king sat on the throne, the female Prostitute of Babylon had much of the power. He protected her city in war so that she could exploit her promiscuity to the maximum and serve her idol, Satan, as the goddess of love. Thus, the Prostitute of Babylon became the pregnant symbol of the city of Babylon the Great. Later, in Revelation, the apostle John would use the Prostitute of Babylon as a symbol of Babylon the Great.

Largely overlooked by the Western news media was an enormously significant story that appeared in February 2009 from Joel Rosenberg. In the story Rosenberg said the following.
"The Future of Babylon' project launched last early January 2009 seeked to 'map the current conditions of Babylon and develop a master plan for its conservation, study and tourism,' the WMF says.
The government of Iraq is moving forward with plans to protect the archaeological remains of the ancient City of Babylon, in preparation for building a modern city of Babylon. The project, originally started by the late Saddam Hussein, is aimed eventually at attracting scores of "cultural tourists" from all over the world to see the glories of Mesopotamia's most famous city. What's more, the Obama Administration is contributing $700,000 towards "The Future of Babylon Project," through the State Department's budget.
'We don't know how long it will take to reopen to tourists,' said Mariam Omran Musa, head of a government inspection team based at the site. 'It depends on funds. I hope that Babylon can be reborn in a better image.'"
"Officials hope Babylon can be revived and made ready for a rich future of tourism, with help from experts at the World Monuments Fund (WMF) and the U.S. embassy," reports the Reuters news agency.
Iraqi Finance Minister Ali Abdul Ameer Allawi has also stated the following,

THE FUTURE OF BABYLON PROJECT Cultural, religious, archaeological, and biblical tourism is a big opportunity for Iraq. I think rebuilding Babylon is a wonderful idea, as long as it is not done at the expense of the antiquities themselves." In March 2010 another report appeared in the media regarding the rebuilding of Babylon. This from John Noble Wilford.
The study, aimed at developing a master plan for the ancient city, was begun last year by the World Monuments Fund in collaboration with Iraq’s State Board of Antiquities and Heritage. A $700,000 grant from the United States Department of State is financing the initial two-year study and preliminary management plan. An official of the monuments fund said the entire effort could last five or six years.
The most immediate threat to preserving the ruins of Babylon, the site of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, is water soaking the ground and undermining what is left in present-day Iraq of a great city from the time of King Nebuchadnezzar II. It is also one of the oldest threats. The king himself faced water problems 2,600 years ago. Neglect, reckless reconstruction and wartime looting have also taken their toll in recent times, but archaeologists and experts in the preservation of cultural relics say nothing substantial should be done to correct that until the water problem is brought under control. A current study, known as the Future of Babylon project, documents the damage from water mainly associated with the Euphrates River and irrigation systems nearby. The ground is saturated just below the surface at sites of the Ishtar Gate and the longgone Hanging Gardens, one of the seven wonders. Bricks are crumbling, temples collapsing. The Tower of Babel, long since reduced to rubble, is surrounded by standing water.
“This is without doubt the most complex program we’ve ever had to organize,” said Bonnie Burnham, the fund’s president. A few archaeologists have expressed concern about what they said was the project’s slow start. Project members said that they have had serious problems persuading foreign experts to go to Iraq and then clearing them and their instruments for work there. Besides the wear of time that all ruins of antiquity are prey to, consider the depredations Babylon has suffered in recent history. German archaeologists who made the first careful study of the site, before World War I, recognized the despoiling inroads of irrigation waters drawn from a tributary of the Euphrates River, 50 miles south of modern Baghdad.
Leaders of the international project, describing their findings in interviews and at a meeting this month in New York, said that any plan for reclaiming Babylon as a tourist attraction and a place for archaeological research must include water control as “the highest priority.”
McGuire Gibson, a specialist in Mesopotamian archaeology at the University of Chicago, who is not involved in the project, agreed that water is Babylon’s “major problem,” which he said was made worse in recent years when a lake and canal were dug as part of a campaign to lure tourists. Nebuchadnezzar himself, Dr. Gibson noted, dealt with water encroachment by erecting new buildings at ever-higher elevations, on top of mounds of 10 9 old ruins.

The first German investigators, led by Robert Koldewey, reported finding extensive water damage to mud-brick structures and the intrusion of agricultural fields and villages within boundaries of the original city. People had already carted off bricks and stones, leaving almost nothing of the Ziggurat, known from the historian Herodotus and the Bible as the Tower of Babel. The Germans themselves hauled off the elaborate Ishtar Gate to a museum in Berlin. Then, in the 1970s and ’80s, President Saddam Hussein of Iraq, casting himself as heir to Nebuchadnezzar’s greatness, had his own imposing palace built at Babylon along the lines of his royal predecessor’s. He even adopted the king’s practice of stamping his own name on the bricks for the reconstruction. Archaeologists were aghast. The new palace and a few other restorations, they say, are hardly authentic, and yet they dominate the site. What to do with Hussein’s palace is another issue, said the co-director of the project, Jeff Allen. “How to balance integrity of the site with its use as a tourist attraction is the problem,” he explained, noting that Iraq counts on Babylon as a future source of foreign tourist income. Mr. Allen, an American consultant in cultural preservation who is based in Cairo, said it would cost millions of dollars to demolish the palace or convert it into a visitor center for tourists. “This still has to be studied by other experts,” he said, joking that one suggestion is that the palace would make a perfect casino.
“I’d leave the palace alone,” Dr. Gibson said, pointing out that it was based on sketches left by the German archaeologists. “So that way, you will walk around in something of what the ancient architecture looked like,” he continued. “Otherwise, you walk around with nothing to see but a bunch of rubble.” Elizabeth C. Stone, an archaeologist at Stony Brook University in New York who is familiar with Babylon, said she supported efforts to reopen the site to tourists, especially Iraqis themselves. “It’s near Baghdad and is the one site where you used to see Iraqis going to get a sense of their past,” she said. “The military certainly did not do the place any good,” said Lisa Ackerman, executive vice president of the monuments fund. “They moved a lot of dirt around, but that damage is largely fixable.” The site was returned to Iraqi control more than a year ago. Ms. Ackerman and Mr. Allen said the project had already surveyed the remains, building by building, and started the restoration of two museums. Although Iraq has a large corps of trained archaeologists, they said, an immediate need is to instruct others in the conservation of ruins and bring in structural engineers and hydrologists to handle the water problem.

The German peoples obsession with the "New Age" religion which is really the "old age" religion of Mystery Babylon. Darwinism, Eugenics, Ethnic Cleansing, and Proactive Breeding for genetic superiority and the goal of a New Aryan Superman, when the Aryan man shall become god. It is no secret that Adolf Hitler had an obsession with the whole subject matter of Babylon. Berlin's Pergamon Museum exhibits ancient treasures such as the Pergamon Altar and Babylon's Ishtar Gate. (known as the gates to hell) The museum's objective is to exhibit major cultures such as those of Egypt, Mesopotamia (Babylon), Greece and Rome Historically the Pergamon Altar (built 2nd century BC) was dedicated to Zeus and the freeze under the altar represents the struggle of gods and giants. It was destroyed during the first century AD, but was excavated by German archaeologists in the late 1800's and reconstructed in Berlin. The fact that these archaeological treasures are now restored (and idolised) in Europe could be significant. In Roman times Pergamum (Pergamon) was the centre of the imperial religion, and Christ saw it as the seat of the power of evil i.e. "Satan's throne" (Rev 2.13). This is because the God-given power of the State had been harnessed to the blasphemous worship of man (the emperor), and those not loyal to the State were executed (Rev 2.13). The Ishtar Gate, one of the eight gates of the inner city of Babylon, was built during the reign of Nebuchadnezzar II (604- 562 BC). Only the foundations of the gate were found, going down some 45 feet, with molded, unglazed figures. The gateway has been reconstructed in the Pergamon Museum, Berlin, from the glazed bricks found, so its original height is different in size. Reconstructed height is 47 feet. But what was Hitler’s preoccupation with such relics. In pre-World War 1 Vienna, mysticism was an extremely popular form of theology. The massive interest in the occult and ancient teachings saw the emergence, and re-emergence, of many brotherhoods, doctrines and orders. These included the Freemasons and similar organizations which were loyal to the philosophies of the Knights Templar. A common thread amongst these brethrens was their obsession with planning and preparation for the imminent dawning of a new, "golden age." Hitler read all the books on mysticism and related topics that he could find. He believed the world would have to be 're-forged' to pave the way for the prophesized birth of a new Babylon. It is a known fact that Adolf Hitler read a book by Rosecrucian Grandmaster E. Bulwer Lytton, titled The Coming Race, about a subterraneous race which possessed supernatural technology and who, according to the novel, were intent on one day claiming the surface world for their own. Probably due to his fascination for occult legendry and of mystic tales -- such as the Bhuddist's traditions of a vast underground world called Agharti and the Hindu legends of a reptilian cavern world called Patalas, etc. Hitler became obsessed with the novel and was apparently fanatical over the prospect of an imminent underground invasion of the surface world in the future, and wanted to make alliances with these underground races so that once they emerged he could rule the earth in joint capacity. HITLERS FASCINATION WITH BABYLON an unusual theory that these underground beings consist of three main types: human like sorcerers, reptilian humanoids who are apparently a branch off from the ancient raptor-type bi-pedal saurian species who by-passed extinction by escaping into an underground cavern realm [literal Dungeons & Dragons stuff...], and also short, greyish cybernetic drones.
The time was also one of many new discoveries and advancements in science. In Vienna 1917, in a famed meeting, a medium, a pilot, two occultists, along and a member of the Order of Knights Templar, discussed their opinions of coming of the New Age. They discussed secret revelations and the possibility of contacting ancient Germanic and Babylonian deities. This meeting possibly lead to the formation of the secret Thule Society which spawned the German National Socialist Party, the SS and the Vril Societies. Their power source was the 'Black Sun'. An invisible inner light which is always present and ready to provide who know its secret with unlimited power. The Black Sun symbol has appeared in many ancient civilizations including the Babylonians. "Creation is not yet completed. Man has reached a definite stage of metamorphosis. The ancient human species is already in a state of decline, just managing to survive. Humanity accomplishes a step up once every seven hundred years, and the ultimate aim is the coming of the Sons of God. All creative forces will be concentrated in a new species. The two varieties will evolve rapidly in different directions. One will disappear, and the other will flourish. It will be infinitely superior to modern man. Do you understand the profound meaning of our National- Socialist movement?" -Adolf Hitler " I will tell you a secret...I am founding an Order. It is from there that the second stage will emerge- the stage of the Man-God, when Man will be the measure and center of the world. The Man-God, that splendid Being, will be an object of worship...But there are other stages about which I am not permitted to speak..." -Adolf Hitler SUPERNTAURAL ENCOUNTERS OR MADENESS? The haunting dreams mentioned by Hitler were witnessed by his personal aids and recorded by their testimonies. One such account, "Hitler was standing there in his bedroom, stumbling about, looking around him with a distraught look. He was muttering: " It’s him! "It’s him! He’s here!" His lips had turned blue. He was dripping with sweat. Suddenly, he uttered some numbers which made no sense, then some words, then bits of sentences. It was frightening. He used terms which were strung together in the strangest way and which were absolutely weird. Then he again became silent, although his lips continued to move...Then all of a sudden, he screamed: "There Over there! In the corner! Who is it?" He was jumping up and down, and he was howling. They assured him that everything was all right, and he gradually calmed down.

THE PREVIEW: WORLD EMPIRE THE - FINAL DESTINATION BLACKBERRY UNDER SPOTLIGHT The Seven Laws of Noah form the major part of the Noahide Laws, or Noahide Code. This code is a set of moral imperatives that, according to the Jewish Talmud, were given by God as a binding set of laws for the "children of Noah" – that is, all of humankind. Adherents of this belief system are often called "B'nei Noach" (Children of Noah) or "Noahides.”
The group behind the Noahide movement is the ultra-orthodox Lubavitch Movement, known for its strict adherence to the smallest detail of the Talmud.
The books of the Talmud are based on the teachings of the Pharisees. To understand why Jesus held such contempt towards this ancient sect of elitists, Christians must have some knowledge of the books of the Talmud, a set of 63 books written by ancient rabbis. These books contain the legal code which is the basis of todays Judaism and Jewish law.
The U.S. Congress officially recognized the Noahide Laws in legislation that was passed by both houses. Congress and then US President, George Bush, indicated in Public Law 102-14, 102nd Congress, that the United States of America was founded upon the Seven Universal Laws of Noah, and that these Laws have been the bedrock In fact, Talmudic Judaism is primarily a legal system in a literal sense. It has little to do with religion. It is of society from the dawn of civilization. more of an ancient political cult group with many followers who are not openly Jewish. This is why so many Jews openly claim to be Jewish and atheist at the same time. Don Bell in his famous “Don Bell Reports” sheds further light upon this Lubavitch Movement, when he quotes Rabbi Louis Finkelstein, the head of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in 1943, writing in the Universal Jewish Encyclopaedia, "Pharisaism became Talmudism...the spirit of the ancient Pharisee survives unaltered. When the Jew studies the Talmud, he is actually repeating arguments used in the Palestinian academies."
