Dear friends, We would like to welcome you to our 2013 Workers’ Training. It is a great privilege and opportunity to be able to serve in the various ministries of Capitol Baptist Church. It is our prayer that these following training sessions will be a help as we serve the Lord together. As a church we must always move forward, and in doing so, we must equip ourselves for the various challenges we face as we serve. The Word of God reminds us in Ephesians 2:19-22 how we are to move forward together as a church. The Word of God says, “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together growtheth unto an holy temple in the Lord: in whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.” God clearly teaches us that if we are going to grow, we must move forward TOGETHER as a church. We must all be on the same page. The goal of this training time is for our church to be organized and help… PROTECT our children and our Church with a safe environment in which to grow PROVIDE advise while dealing with various situations while serving PREACH and TEACH more effectively to children, teens and adults PURSUIT after people and win the lost consistently We thank you for your faithfulness to the ministries of Capitol Baptist Church. May the Lord bless you and strengthen you as we serve Him together. It is our prayer that these sessions will be a help to you in your area of ministry. Ephesians 3:21 “Unto him [God] be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”
