The Resort Stonewater Cove features a stunning wood and stone lodge, waterfall-lined pool and hot tub, swim and boat docks, more than 20 miles of hand-crafted trails, along with its unique Treehouse Spa. Each of the individually-designed rooms or suites incorporate the indigenous beauty of the natural world into an airy, peaceful space adorned with aesthetically pleasing coffered ceilings, handsome wood floors, and custommade driftwood furniture and art showcasing the local talent of the Ozarks. What Do Overnight Rates Include Stonewater Cove is a full American plan resort where every stay includes your luxurious accommodations as well as daily breakfast and lunch (by the pool, in the lounge, or boxed up for picnics mid-hike), and dinner that changes every night from 5 course meals to Italian nights to gourmet barbeques. Also included are all non-guided activities (use of the pool, hot tub, swim dock (lake “pool”), hiking trails, canoes, kayaks, fishing equipment for use off the dock or shore, and bocce ball courts.) Accommodations and Amenities for Small to Mid-Size Destination Weddings Due to the intimate, exclusive nature of the resort, weddings with more than 30 guests (including the wedding party) require booking full resort use. There is a 2 night minimum from June 15 - August 15 The Full Resort rate covers the minimum occupancy for the 14 rooms and 11 deluxe suites. Full Resort is for up to 66 guests and includes all 25 accommodations, as well as valet parking, wireless Internet, use of non-guided activities and amenities such as kayaking and hiking trails, and full board starting with dinner on the night of arrival, followed by breakfast and lunch the next day, repeating until check-out (covering rehearsal and/or reception meals, as well.) The resort can comfortably host approximately 6083 guests, excluding the use of any of the 16 sleeper sofas available with nightly turn-down service. The maximum capacity is approximately 115 guests, not including infants or toddlers up to age 4 years old. Planning Your Wedding A wedding planner is required for all weddings at the resort, and Stonewater Cove can put you in contact with one of the area's top planners to ensure that everything is perfect for your magical day. For smaller weddings, the resort's concierge may be able to fulfill all planning needs for a separate fee instead. The wedding planner is responsible for finding, negotiating prices, and coordinating all vendors to provide wedding services beyond the site location, food, and beverage; such as a Minister or nondenominational Officiant, flowers, photography, videography, DJ or live music, providing assistance with obtaining your marriage license, and more.

Pricing and Budget Considerations A small, family-retreat style wedding with less than 30 total guests, including the wedding party, would be priced with a Site Fee (ranging from $1500-$5000) that included a complimentary night for the bride and groom, as well as 5 hours use of the site and property for the ceremony and photography, plus 2 hours use of the lodge dining room for the reception. The Site Fee also includes a 2 hour block of time for rehearsal during the week prior to the wedding date. Full American Plans for guests could then be purchased individually or as a group, and Stonewater Cove would put as many rooms on hold as requested (subject to further terms and conditions.) A destination wedding with anywhere from 30-115 total guests will utilize the Full Resort Use (all accommodations for up to 66 guests, additional guests subject to extra guest charges), and would be priced with a customized proposal depending on the time of year, number of guests, number of nights, scope of the wedding, and other various factors such as any promotions and holidays. More Dining Information Whether dining indoors, outdoors, or both…the dining room, spacious lounge, lakeview terrace, lakeshore pavilion, and pool deck are just some of the options for the perfect luxury wilderness reception. The signature wedding at Stonewater Cove includes a ceremony at your site of choice (waterfall, lakeview, on the lake, in the forest, on the prairie), as well as a reception dinner in the lodge (or gourmet barbeque at the pavilion), followed by a night of dancing in the lakeshore pavilion amidst endless twinkling lights and the sounds of waterfalls in every direction. The Chef at Stonewater Cove is eager to customize your menus as much as possible. Because a new menu is created each night for all resort guests, our Chef can create something new, or provide you with an extensive list of elegant meals to choose from for your rehearsal and reception dinners (which are included with all stays at the resort, including the Full Resort Use and Extra Guest Rates). Beyond the Wedding Your family and friends won’t be spending as much time getting ready for the wedding, and Stonewater Cove has plenty to do to enjoy every minute of your wedding. From ATV tours, to guided boating excursions, water sports, five zip lines running through the forest, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing off the dock or shore, there is something for everyone to enjoy at their own pace.
