Trey Webb is a Partner with over twenty five years of experience providing tax & consulting services to business clients and individuals. Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher in 1999, Trey worked with a local firm servicing closely held businesses and their owners. He specializes in tax compliance and consulting for closely held business entities including partnerships, S corporations, and LLCs and their owners. Trey has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements, deferred exchanges and contract accounting. He works with clients in various industries including real estate, construction, distribution, private equity and professional services. Trey graduated magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Georgia in 1991 and earned a Master of Accounting in Taxation from the University of Georgia in 1993. Trey is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He volunteers with Trinity Community Ministries and the Urban Land Institute Atlanta. Trey is President of the Mallard Lake Recreation Association, Inc. and serves as a member of of the Georgia Society of CPAs Real Estate Conference Planning Committee.
