Surveyor Condition Report for Swedish Timber properties - Hebridean Housing We are currently tendering for a Building Surveyor Condition report to inspect and report on the structural condition of a Swedish Timber house type. We are seeking tenders from qualified building surveyors with experience of condition/ structural integrity reports.
The survey will require: -
to obtain condition report of the external fabric of the building;

to obtain a condition report on the services affected by the external fabric of the building;

recommendations for improvement to wind, watertight and structurally sound condition.
