Weather Watch Information If a cancellation decision has to be made it will be done by 7AM on Saturday, June 29th. Prior to start time: If there has been rain Friday night / early Saturday AM Special Olympics staff will access court and safety conditions and make a decision by 7AM. Please check SOILL website: www.soill.org for updates regarding the tournament. During the tournament: We will NOT have access to indoor facilities. Heat Guidelines for all one-day events: If any of the following conditions are forecasted or are reached during the event, then the event will be cancelled:
1. Temperature above 95 degrees 2. Heat Index above 102 degrees 3. The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory Warning for the time frame of the event.
Should the event be cancelled- advancement to the state tournament will be selected by lottery.
