Wallaroo Hat Company seeks someone to fill a new position designed to grow our wholesale and direct to consumer business, using our website, the internet and other social media outlets. As our Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the development, utilization, and expansion of marketing automation with the goal of increasing Wallaroo Hats’ online sales by managing and executing direct marketing campaigns and email campaigns through Constant Contact and CRM systems. The position also requires you to establish a Marketing Automation platform. Amazon store set up and daily maintenance of orders and functionality of site will also be a primary function of this position. Wallaroo seeks someone who can bring our brand more attention and traction in the headwear industry and give us stronger brand representation across all types of media including Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest and other social media outlets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 20% - Work cross-functionally with other Wallaroo employees to develop and define multi-channel campaign strategies and programs for each stage of the customer journey. 10% - Manage project website development for individual site to serve as content hubs for lead generation activities. 70% - Manage email marketing, nurturing campaigns and ad word campaigns, including: A/B testing, database segmentation and continual optimization for KPI's (open rate, CTR, conversion, CPC, etc.). QUALIFICATIONS The Digital Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation will develop, oversee and monitor the results of lead generating marketing programs by: 1. Identifying the most appropriate mix of marketing programs to target existing and new prospects in key segments and verticals (i.e., SEM, social, paid search, content syndication, blog, display, web and email) 2. Managing development of websites, landing pages and digital promotion elements designed to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel 3. Maintaining our SEO rankings in Google, Yahoo, and Bing 4. Proactively recommending new programs or changes to existing marketing programs to increase demand generation 5. Optimizing repeatable processes for demand generation, nurturing and converting 6. Playing a key role in lead campaign effectiveness by measuring and improving lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI 7. Generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics 8. Experience using infographics in marketing 9. Analyzing industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ marketing tactics to offer recommendations on best ways to improve demand creation strategy

Critical Skills Three plus years of marketing experience including: a. Google Analytics and Google webmaster tools, running ad campaigns on Facebook and Google. A general understanding of web development project management, search marketing (paid and organic), social media, and email marketing, including how these elements help promote campaign messages to drive conversion b. Building strong personal social network presence on Linkedin and/or Facebook or Google+ c. Retargeting campaigns Education 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Benefits & Company Statement Wallaroo believes in compensating our employees for the important work they do.
