Specification of Dumper Placer: 1. The Dumper Placer Vehicle shall be suitable to load and tip two numbers container of 3.0 cum capacity. 2. The equipment shall comprise of the following:a. A pair of lifting arms actuated by double acting high pressure rams b. Chain type side lifting/tipping hooks c. Hydraulic stabilizers – 2 Nos. d. Complete hydraulic system with control valves e. Hydraulic pump driven through the chassis engine PTO 3. Hydraulic System:- The hydraulic pump shall be driven through the truck engine PTO. The sytem will be of repute make. 4. Stabilizers:- Independent operated hydraulically operated stabilizer shall be designed to suit the requirement at waste disposal site. The stabilizers shall be strong enough to provide stability and should have locking arrangement so that no malfunction operation is possible.
