RE: Sandbox Dear Director of Digital, I am writing to you regarding Sandbox, NetworkSix’s intended new digital IPTV platform. Forest Television’s stance on this is that in the current economic climate that any intended pilot platform including this, is something Forest Television won’t participate in.
Forest Television has an emergency meeting last month about reviews of all services, many people from the board of our parent company Forest Media also attended. In the unanamous vote it was decided that Forest Television abrivated to FT, has decided not to participate. However regarding our position on the network, we might intend to join the Sandbox platform in the future. CM plc also has consulted with Emoa and Forest Television that they also won’t be participating. We hope that you can understand our position on this and hope to work with you in the future on more digital services.
