Automatic Sump Pumps, with compact size requiring a small floor sump or pit. Stainless steel motor casings and engineering plastics provide corrosion resistance and robust construction. Goliath Super and Samson have a shrouded float switch allowing installation within a 250mm square sump. PU and Goliath Super both feature excellent 35mm solids-handling, with recessed impellers giving good capacity to handle fibrous material. Mechanical shaft seals on each pump type. Samson also available as non-auto. PU models also available with auto-coupling. Tough construction combined with high performance make this range the choice for sewage and industrial pumping applications where solids need to be reduced. T-T305 and T-T505 models employ hardened impellers acting on grooved suction covers to create a shredding effect.

CE models have impellers with hardened cutting tips rotating against serrated suction covers to cut solids before pumping. All models are fitted with mechanical shaft seal (CE: Silicon Carbide; T-T: Tungsten Carbide) and have cast-iron construction for major parts.

Grinder Pumps 55 m
All models feature multi-channel open impellers and separate rotating cutter blades operating at the pump intake. Well-suited for use with liquids containing long fibres or solids which require to be cut prior to being pumped, minimising the risk of blocking and providing efficiency and economy.

All models have Silicon Carbide mechanical seal and oil chamber for effective sealing of the motor from the pumped liquid. Maintenance is straightforward, with easy replacement of wearing parts.

Free-standing or auto-coupling installation mounting are available on all models in the series. E-series is in 100mm and 150mm discharge, with 76/105mm solids-passing from single-channel closed impellers for high efficiency.

Pumps in discharge sizes up to 800mm are available in various impeller and pump designs to enable selection for highest efficiency, maximum flow., best solids passage or combinations of these key requirements.
Construction is typically cast-iron, with special materials for particular specifications and with wear-resistant mechanical seals in most cases. Most models in the range have installation mounting options ranging from wet-well auto-coupling, wet-well free-standing, and depending on motor specification, dry-well pedestal-mounting.
A feature specified for many applications is the fitting of an explosion proof motor to enable installation on potentially explosive atmospheres; most of the pumps in our larger range, as for those in smaller sizes, have options including Ex-rated motors.
Duties range up to 100 metres discharge head and up to 1000 litres per second and beyond, enabling pumps to be selected for the largest sewage, drainage and industrial pumping schemes.

Oxygen submersible ejectors. The Oxygen Series of ejectors is the new advanced range of ejectors which give excellent oxygen transfer and which can accommodate many applications. A choice of mounting options of free-standing or auto-coupling is available as standard. Options for multi-ejectors and larger pumps give unlimited capability. These are sample performance curves; to obtain the optimum ejector selection, our Technical Sales Staff will be pleased to advise on the choice of the most efficient and economical equipment.

Aerators High efficiency oxygen saturation is achieved as a result of fine air-molecules produced, giving an excellent oxygen transfer. The submersible aerators are ideal for improving the oxygen supply in liquids, and treatment processes where the biological and chemical oxygen demand is high. The aerators are supplied complete with a silencer and valve set, although the air-feed pipe is not included, but can be supplied as an extra to suit your application. The arrangement of discharge outlets provides a regular pattern of oxygen transfer around the aerator. Aerators can be used singly or in a combination of multiple units to cover a variety of tank formats and sizes. Package Pumping Stations
Planet® Range T-T Pumps Planet® Range of Package Pumping Stations provide an efficient and economical way of installing a sewage/drainage pumping station and are available on short lead-times to fit in with tight construction schedules. Pump chambers are well engineered and manufactured in strong impact resistant polyethylene, and standard units can be adapted to suit individual requirements at manufacturing stage. The smooth internal walls aid the hygienic disposal of effluents, for the avoidance of smells and septicity. Your package will come complete with pipework pre-assembled in the polyethylene chamber, ready for installation into the ground, after which the pumps and control equipment are added. All Package Pumping Stations are supplied with controls for fully automatic operation, and with high-level alarm indication. A comprehensive instruction manual helps you to get the package working in the shortest possible time. You are responsible for all installation and commissioning, unless arranged otherwise. A wide range of submersible pumps can be used for the Package Stations, including the Grinder series of high-head macerator pumps for difficult applications. We are able to select from T-T Pumps complete range, in order to match your requirements.

Control panels/starters All Package Pumping Stations include high-level alarm indicator via float switch in pump chamber. Automatic level control operation is provided, with float-switches separately suspended. Alternative level systems, such as non-contact ultrasonic sensors, are provided to special order. Depending on the exact requirements for each site, our controls division can design and manufacture control panels to your specification together with isolators, switch-fuses and electrical equipment as necessary. Kiosk housings, for control panels and electricity meter installation, are available for sites where no suitable building exists.
