Transition from school to an appropriate community placement is an important decision for any young person. It requires a lot of planning and knowledge especially when the young person has a disability. The annual Transition Expo hosted by Disability Connect aims to provide information to help with that process. It features most Auckland Transition and Vocational Programme Providers as well as an array of leisure, recreation, sports and information providers. The Expo will also feature our Transition Seminar in a separate presentation. Save the date and watch out for more information in the next few months.
