Contractors to report transactional data from orders and prices paid by ordering activities

Covers FSS contract and GSA non-FSS contract orders (GWACs and IDIQs)
•
Not applicable to VA FSS
•
Transactional data to be reported monthly: –
Contract or BPA Number;

–
Order Number/Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID);
Unit Measure (each, hour, case, lot);
–
Quantity of Item Sold;
–
Non Federal Entity, if applicable;
–
Universal Product Code (UPC), if applicable;
–
Description of Deliverable;
–
Price Paid per Unit; and
–
Manufacturer Name;
–
Total Price
–
Manufacturer Part Number;

Contractors that submit transactional data not required to monitor basis of award per the price reductions clause
•
GSA maintains right to ask for updates to the disclosures on the commercial sales format (CSP)
•
Government may request a price reduction at any time
•
IFF or CAF payment quarterly
•
Pilot proposed as first step for Schedules program (products and commoditized services TBA on GSA Interact)
