General Technical requirement For TE : 1.OEM test report covering all parameters shall be furnished at the time of inspection and registration. 2.The items shall be used in an air conditioned atmosphere.The operating temperature range and humidity shall be declared by the bidder. 3.Firm shall demonstrate all the possible operations using the items at the time of inspection and registration.For the parameters, demonstration is not possible ,test report from NABL/ILAC approved lab shall be furnished. 4.Soldering stations with higher temperature range against temperature range than specified shall also be acceptable. 5.All the items shall be CE and ROHS marked. 6.Scope of supply shall include installation,commssioning and demonstration of the equipment. 7.Acceptance testing shall be done on 10% of the quantity for the following tests/checks:a)Physical verification , b)Verification of features. For the parameters, demonstration is not possible ,test report from NABL/ILAC approved lab shall be furnished. c)Equipment shall be run for 8 hours at full load and at maximum input voltage with out failure. 8. In respect of items to be supplied / supplied by the Green Channel firms, the inspection may be carried out by DGS&D in cases where such inspection in insisted by indentors. 9. However, where DGS&D inspection is not involved. The indentor and consignee has to ensure that the quality of stores delivered is as per R/C specification and the supplier is in possession of all the relevant documents as specified in the R/C. In respect of the imported stores it shall be ensured that the stores being delivered has reached the country through legal channel and the supplier is in possession of all the import documents in their name along with complete and satisfactory Test certificate for the product
