Terms & Conditions: The instant rebates will be applied to the purchase price (at the time of sale) from authorized Toshiba distributors during the promotion period. 2. The instant rebates are in effect while quantities last. Products must be shipped within the promotion period to be eligible for the rebate. Backorders will not be honoured. 3. All instant rebate claim reports must include proof of sale (including invoice date, Reseller name, invoice number, product name, product part number and quantity sold). 4. Rebate claims must be submitted to Toshiba monthly. 5. Final rebate claims must be submitted to Toshiba by November 29, 2006. 6. Reseller invoice dates must be within the period of September 11 - 29, 2006 to be eligible. 7. Toshiba reserves the right to exclude the Reseller rebate on any individual account opportunity at our discretion. The Reseller and Distributor will be notified at the time of issuance of special pricing approval whether the rebate is being excluded. 8.
