The Board of Psychologist Examiners (Board) is the state agency responsible for licensing and disciplining psychologists, and for regulating the practice of psychology in the

State of Oregon. Robert Torres, Ph.D., (Licensee) is licensed by the Board to practice
11
psychology in the State of Oregon.

On May 23, 2014, Licensee entered into a Consent Agreement that was signed by the
14
Board Chair on May 30, 2014. In this Agreement, Licensee agreed to practice under a practice
15
supervisor for a minimum of one year and to pay a civil penalty. Licensee has satisfied those
16
terms and now requests that the Board terminate the Agreement. The Board now terminates the
17
Consent Agreement of May 30, 2014.
