3) Bidding documents can be seen and downloaded from the website http://mahatenders.gov.in from 12.00PM on 28/02/ 2018 up to 5.00 PM on 14/03/ 2018 4) The bid can be submitted in electronic format on the website http://mahatenders.gov.in from12.00 PM on 28/02 / 2018.The deadline for submission of bid is upto 5.00 PM on Dt. 14/03 / 2018. 5) Bids MUST be accompanied with: a) Registration of MJP and ZP in appropriate class. b) Online payment receipt of RTGS/NEFT certificate(scanned copies) c) Experience certificate as mention in tender documents. d) Scanned copy of PAN CARD. e) GST registration certificate. f) Bank account details and verification from bank. Bids shall be treated “INVALID” if above valid documents are not submitted online along with the bid. 6) All the documents are to be submitted as per required in the tender document. 7) Technical Bids will be opened online if possible on 16/03/ 2018 at 12.00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Rural Water Supply Dept., Zilla Parishad Palghar. 8) Security Deposit of 5% is to be submitted at the time of agreement ( out of 5%, 2.5% is to be submitted at the time of contract. Earnest money if submitted online may be reduce. Remaining 2.5% security deposit will be deducted from running bills.) 9) If Tender is Quoted below than estimated rate as applicable as per latest guidelines of PWD Performance Security in Terms of D.D. should be submitted within Time Limit. a) 0% to 1% of Estimate rate – Nil b) Below upto 10% – 1% of Estimate rate c) If the quoted rate is below more than 10% then pay amount at 1% rate for each percent above 10% e.g. If quated rate is below 14% then, for first 10% additional security of 1% and above 10% (14%-10% ) =4% additional i.e. 5% total. 10) The guidelines to download the tender document and online submission of bids and procedure of tender opening can be downloaded from website “http://mahatenders.gov.in”. 11) Time allowed for completion of each work is shown in above table and defect liability period shall be 12 months from the date of completion of work. st 12) Contractor must have to consider GST Tax Slab applicable from dated 1 July 2017 before submitting bid offers. 13) a) Right to change or partially relax terms and conditions in any manner will be final and binding to all bidders. b) Right to reject or cancel this tender without assigning any reason is reserved by the undersigned. c) Undersigned will be the sole arbitrator in all matters and his /her decision shall be binding to all parties. d) Right to reject or cancel this tender and modify or relax any clause of this tender without assigning any reason is reserved by the undersigned.
