4. You will be contacted with complete shipping and handling instructions.
5. Ship your old printer(s), along with your Customer Product Return Form, to: Tektronix, within 30 days of the purchase of your new Tektronix color Printer(s). Tektronix will pay
1. Offer valid for purchases between August 4 and October 31, 1999 to Cdn. customers. 2. Tektronix color printer models eligible for trade-in are the Phaser® 240, 340, 350, 540, and 550; the trade-in and rebates are good toward all Phaser® color printers except the Phaser® 840 Designer Edition and the Phaser® 740L. 3. Rebate available only to end-user customers. Resellers, VARs, System Integrators or Print Service Providers excluded. 4. All trade-in printers must be in working order, complete and capable of printing a start-up page. 5. Shipping costs for the return of your old printers shall be paid for by Tektronix. Retaining Tektronix Printer Instructions for the return of your old printer(s): 1. Fax the following to Tektronix at (800) 661-8994: • This form, completely filled out and signed. • The start-up page from each printer you are returning. 2. Upon receipt, Tektronix will call you with shipping and handling instructions. Standard return shipping and handling costs will be paid for by Tektronix.
3. Tektronix will send a Fax to confirm all return logistics and include packing materials if necessary, shipping instructions, and date of pick-up, etc. 4. You have 30 days from the date of Reseller’s invoice of your new Tektronix Color Printer(s) to return your old printer(s). If product(s) are not received by that time, customer may be billed by Reseller for the amount of the Rebate. 5. If you have any questions regarding the return of your old printer(s), call Tektronix at (800) 661-5625, ext. 7321.
