Nelson Mandela Day Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry On Friday, 18 July 2014 we celebrate Mandela Day and to honour Madiba’s Legacy the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with charitable foundations will be reaching out to the Community in Elsies River and Athlone, Cape Town. It was identified that the communities are in desperate need of the following items:
Blankets Books Clothing Educational Toys Food Parcels Groceries Kitchen equipment and appliances Musical Instruments School Furniture Stationery Sweet Treats for children Toiletries Toys & Games
The Cape Chamber is reaching out to any members or stakeholders wanting to contribute to this worthy cause. A “Tata Madiba” Donation Bin will be stationed at the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 33 Martin Hammerschlag, Foreshore, Cape Town where you will be able to leave your donation during office hours from Tuesday to Thursday from 08h30 – 16h00.
