If you wish to sell your work, please include price below. Rochester Contemporary Art Center charges 25% commission of total sale price. As part of our ongoing efforts to support art within the community and encourage the buying/collecting of contemporary art, RoCo will hold an exclusive Members only preview reception on December 4 from 5-6pm. Works will be discounted 20% for this one hour event. Please price your artworks accordingly. Conditions of the Exhibition are on Page 2.

CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION AT THE ROCHESTER CONTEMPORARY ART CENTER • The 19th Annual Members Exhibition will be open to the public December 5 – January 17. The Opening Reception will be held December 5, 6-10pm. Rochester Contemporary Art Center will be closed from December 21 - January 5 during normal gallery hours. Pick-up dates are January 17, 5-7pm, January 18-19, 1-6pm. Artwork left at the Rochester Contemporary Art Center after January 19 will become the property of the Art Center. Please contact RoCo Staff by November 1 to make arrangements for video or performance artworks. • The Art Center charges a 25% commission on all artwork purchased during the exhibition. • *Rochester Contemporary Art Center will hold an exclusive Members only reception December 4, 5-6pm. Works will be discounted 20% for this one hour event. Please price your artworks accordingly. • Any work sold during an exhibition will remain at the gallery for the duration of the exhibition. • Artwork must be delivered ready to exhibit; i.e. appropriately framed, wired, etc. • Each artist is limited to one piece maximum 40” x 40”. • The artist is responsible for providing round-trip shipping, packaging, and postal insurance. • Rochester Contemporary Art Center reserves the right to photograph or reproduce artworks for educational purposes, press releases, catalogs, newsletters, or documentation of the exhibition. • Rochester Contemporary Art Center will present the work(s) as directed by the artist, as faithfully as possible and in a professional and honorable manner. • If the artwork is damaged from transportation, or deterioration is noticed during the exhibition, The Art Center will notify the artist immediately. Rochester Contemporary Art Center will not attempt to repair damaged work without consulting the artist, unless safety to staff or public warrants such action. •Rochester Contemporary Art Center provides replacement cost insurance on damaged or stolen work. Replacement cost refers only to material costs incurred in recreating the artwork. It does not refer to market or sales value. • Rochester Contemporary Art Center reserves the right to remove any work(s) from the exhibition at any time for any reason without prior notification of the artist. • Work must remain at the Rochester Contemporary Art Center for the entire duration of the exhibition. • All artworks entered in the exhibition will be eligible for awards and purchase prizes. PERFORMANCE ARTISTS The Rochester Contemporary Art Center (RoCo) and Multi-use Community Cultural Center (MuCCC) will organize a special evening of Performance Art on Wednesday, December 9th 7-10pm as part of the annual RoCo Member’s Show. Members of RoCo are encouraged to present their best performance art, noise music, avant garde music, avant garde theater, or video documentation of performance art projects that have occurred elsewhere. Please contact RoCo before November 1 to make arrangements. Performance Art Awards The Borek Award: A $500 first prize underwritten by performance artist John Borek. The RoCo Performance Art Award: Given to documentation of a performance piece. The MuCCC Performance Art Audience awards: 3 artists will be given a free shared evening at the MuCCC to present again.
