Managing Students and Applicants Site Manager is where you will check the status of student applications at your site, as well as find applicants’ contact information. This tutorial will show you how to effectively use the “Students” tab.

GE TTI N G STARTE D • To access Site Manager, sign in to PATH at pathway.lds.org. • After signing in, select “PATH Admin Tools” from the drop down menu next to your name.

PATH H OME PAGE • Click the “Site Manager” option from your PATH home page.

SI TE MAN AGE R • The individual numbers in the “Overview” lead to specific lists of students that match each designated task. Clicking on each number will take you to the list of students associated with the selected category

F I N D I N G Y OU R STU D ENTS • All of the applicants and accepted students from your site will be listed. • You also have the option to seach for students individually.

STU D E N T I N F OR MATI O N • By clicking an individual student, you will see basic information, such as ward, student status, and grades. • Click on the “Details” button for even more information, including student email and phone.

F I LTE R S • There are various options to refine a search through the “Filters” tool. These filters include student status, group, start semester, and more. • You can email all of the searched students by clicking the “Email All” option.

STU D E N T STATU S • Use the “Status” filter to sort out students by status— including Admitted, Enrolled, Waiting on Assessment, and more.
