When your hips and back feel weak and achy it’s hard to move through life with confidence and ease. Combing The Egoscue Method, Restorative Exercise and foundational natural human movement create strong mobile hips and a pain free back. We will be using a Bender Ball and Yoga Tune up balls in this class (they will be provided and available for purchase - 10% off for workshop participants).
