Do Each Stretch in Order. Hold for 30 Seconds Before and After Exercise

Before doing the stretches on this sheet you will want to get your heart rate up a bit which will warm up your body. To do that you could do any of these movements for a few minutes, such as pushing your wheelchair lightly around, doing some gentle arm circles, or alternate moving your arms back and forth like you are marching.
