Operating the Stream Switching System from the Touch Screen

The touch screen enables the operator to adjust operational parameters, perform diagnostics, and view measurement historical trending. During normal operation, the touch screen displays the current measurement for each stream on both channels as well as which stream is active, that status of both channels, and any active alarms. For the Stream Switching System to operate the controller must be in Run Mode. The Status can be checked by using the SYSTEM function key and choosing the View OCS Status menu item. For more information go to the System Menu section at the end of this document. There is a built in screen saver that will turn the backlight of the screen off if it has not been pressed for 15 minutes. To exit the screen save mode and reactivate the backlight simply press anywhere on the screen. The initial touch on the screen and any additional touches for approximately one second thereafter are not processed. The three main buttons that are used for navigation and there functions are described below.
