MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE ACCOUNT NAMIBIA SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE PORTABLE OFFICE AND TWO PORTABLE ABLUTION BLOCKS WITH SEPTIC TANKS AT GALTON GATE ON THE WESTERN BORDER OF ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
MCAN/COM/ITQ/2A02012/2A02013 The Republic of Namibia signed a grant funding agreement, the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Namibia Compact, of US$304.5 million with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an Agency of the United States Government, to enable the Government of Namibia to implement the MCA Namibia Programme and achieve the objectives of the Compact. MCA Namibia, a programme implementation unit of the National Planning Commission, will use a portion of the grant funding for the acquisition of Goods, Works, and Services. The purpose of this Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) is to alert interested bidders that an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the Design, Manufacture, Delivery and Installation of One Portable Office and Two Portable Ablution Blocks with Septic Tanks at Galton Gate on the Western border of Etosha National Park will be posted on the MCA Namibia website www.mcanamibia.org on 24 April 2013. Eligible bidders are encouraged to tender bids compliant with the above-mentioned ITQ to MCA Namibia. The units must be delivered to and installed in positions agreed with the Park Management at the Galton Gate entrance to Etosha National Park on the Western Border. The detailed requirements towards the bidders’ eligibility and qualification are contained in the ITQ.
