Summary: I am a certified CIM (charter institute of marketing. I am a person who is passionate about what I do and I enjoy brainstorming with my team and bouncing ideas off each other. The content of the course has been put together following consultation with employers to ensure that they gain relevant competencies for various stages of their marketing career. Achievement: I passed all subjects. CIM consist of four subjects: Marketing Essentials: This subject talks about the essentials of marketing aspects, the seven Ps and how they adapt to your company to satisfy your customers. The revolution of marketing orientation and how to use the segment, target and position to target your customers Assessing Marketing Environment: The objective of this subject is to be able to assess the surrounding environment of the firm and how to create the SWOT and PESTLE analysis. Marketing Research: This subject was an assignment. I did the full assignment about NOKIA and how the communication on the move can affect customers and competitors. The primary research was done using the most effective methodologies which is the in-depth method. A comprehensive list of competitors form Light Link was compiled. This has helped in reaching definitive results and exceeded the expectations of the client’s decision makers. A phone survey was done with a group of questions designed to analyze the companies based on their market share, size and strength. Mystery shopping was also utilized to verify date collected as the advertising industry enjoys fierce competition. A market research was conducted to study the reaction of the competitors’ clients towards the new product.

Responsibilities: This project was to identify the possibilities of entering the Egyptian market and the probability of sales and whether or not the product appeals to the Egyptian customers.  Designed the market qualitative survey based on the project’s objective.  Constant research on the ASIA property market  Compiled a list of all the companies in this industry by using secondary data.  Recognising trends and new developments in the Billboard market  Initiated contact with prospects.

We were able to reach the max number possible in short time especially with the beginning of the social media trend. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns. Customer retention and satisfaction peaked upon using the service which enforced a sense of value and speed at which target customers receive the intended message.
