About the workshop Smart materials are finding applications now a days in every aspect of life ranging from day to day use of sensors to medical field and space applications. The workshop incites faculty members, ongoing researchers to equip and advance their knowledge in this area, and also, outlines the prospective areas for novel research. Objective of the workshop is to bring out the current research trends and future scope of research on smart materials. The lecture series will be covering smart materials which are highly in demand, their characterization and application. This one day program will be an ideal platform for all those pursuing career in material science to come together, discuss, disseminate and assess the recent developments.
