Ⅱ、Course Characters and Objects The Course of International Financial Management strives to build on the foundation of corporate finance. Recognizing that multinational corporations continue to globally expand, this course first provides a background on the international environment and then focuses on the managerial aspects from a corporate perspective. The course gives students the tools to understand the international financial environment so that they can manage within it. The course assumes that you have completed introductory courses in basic algebra, accounting, corporate finance, microeconomics, and statistics. If you have not taken these courses you will find the concepts introduced in this course difficult. Class attendance will be very important and participation is strongly encouraged. Class attendance and participation may add positively to the grade in borderline situations.
