Hi I'm Boss and I have a contest to win. It's a writing contest and the winner will get a trip to Hawaii! It's going to be awesome! I'd better think about what I am going to write? Should it be Science Fiction, Fantasy, Folk Tale, or more? Well let's find out what we should do.
It's Monday and the deadline is tomorrow. I asked my teacher if she could push the deadline back and she answered "yes". I also asked if we could work with partners. The teacher answered, "Yes". I screamed with excitement and waited until she called partners. The moment came and I was paired with Clumsy Carl. He was super clumsy. I nervously said, "Hi" and started writing.
We wrote about a detective whose name was Bob. After a week we finally finished! But then Clumsy Carl spilled water on the paper! I was frustrated! Suddenly, Clumsy Carl left the house. I felt bad so I went to
his house and told him "Sorry". I told him that we could fix it. We went to his restroom and blow dried the paper with my mom's hair dryer.
It was time for the principal to announce the winners! It was Clumsy Carl and I! I won the trip! I was going to be the only person who would have been to Hawaii from my school, ever! Oh, and Clumsy Carl. THE END!
