David Shamshovich Associate Mr. Shamshovich is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. He joined the firm from Cahill Gordon and Reindel LLP where he worked on various civil litigation matters and internal investigations. Mr. Shamshovich also completed a judicial clerkship in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York where he worked closely with Senior Judge David G. Trager on both district court and appellate level cases.
