TEST OF WORKPLACE ESSENTIAL SKILLS (TOWES)  The Test of Workplace Essential Skills offers valid, reliable and effective assessments on the Essential Skills needed for full participation in the labour market and community life  Among the 9 Essential Skills, Reading Text, Document Use, Numeracy, referred to as adult literacy skills, are tested in TOWES  Fee may be waived as per discretion of employment counsellors; participants need to get a preparation guide from staff at least one day before doing the test NORCAT TRAINING  We offer a series of free online safety and workplace courses to our registered clients.
