From the home page select one grade level.
From the bottom drop down box select Search by GPA

From the Scan These section, choose just the students from that specific grade level, not all currently enrolled. It takes too long to process all and we only want to work with one grade at a time. Type in the correct quarter for Whose term GPA ( ) is. Select greater than or equal to and type in 3.0. For GPA method select the one that was used when processing that honor roll in the first place. Select Submit. This is a bit slow to run. .

Now select Save Stored Selections.
Save it similar to shown on the left so you’ll be able to identify it again in the future. Name your new selection. Make sure the SAVE radio button is selected.

Scroll to the bottom and select Submit.
Now using your browser’s back button (top left corner of screen under the word File), click back twice. This should get you back to the Group Functions screen. If it doesn’t you can go back to the home page and just open up your stored selection that you just created. Now select Select Students by Hand.

This is a list of all 12th graders that received some sort of honors recognition. Using the honorroll report you have previously printed out, and while holding the ctrl key, select all students that are on 4.0 Honor Roll.
Once all are selected click on Functions at the bottom of the screen.

Click on Print Reports.
Select the correct report with the correct guidance counselor. Click Submit.

Now you can print all 12th grade 4.0 certificates at once by clicking on File, Print.
To repeat this process for the other honor roll levels, go back to the home page and click on stored selectons. Find your selection and click on go functions. You can now go back to the bottom of page 5 in these directions.
