He has given presentations and workshops for employers and conference attendees in over 30 states and Canada.

Thursday, April 16, 2009 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (Registration/Breakfast begins at 7:00 a.m.; Presentation begins promptly at 7:30 a.m.) Washington Athletic Club, Lobby Lounge, 1325 Sixth Ave., Seattle, WA Jathan Janove The 8 Deadly Sins of Mismanagement Overview: Beginning skiers and struggling managers have something important in common: they trust a natural, intuitive self-protective instinct– which is totally misguided! The 8 Deadly Sins of Mismanagement – and the Corresponding 8 Virtues gives everyone from executives to front-line supervisors a “weight forward on skis” approach to handling employee relations issues. This means training yourself to do the opposite of what your instinct tells you to do when confronted with personnel problems. To help managers “ski the run,” this program includes specific communication tools that can be put to use immediately.
