PLUS

The Instructor-led phase of the course covers the core topics for working with Revit Structure 2013. The teaching strategy is to start with the core tools that enable the student to create and edit a full 3D Structural project, and then continue to develop those tools. Not every command or option is covered, because the intent is to show the fundamental modeling tools and concepts. PLUS - Students then have 12 months access to Self-paced E-Learning which guides them through more advanced design tools and concepts.

Description This course is designed to teach the Revit functionality as you would work with it in the design process. The Instructor-led training focuses on basic tools that the majority of users need to work with Revit Structure and the self-paced Guided ELearning continues the development of concepts and procedures.

Delivery Mode In a new approach to learning Revit Structure, we have put together a combination of Instructor-led and Guided E-learning to maximize your learning experience and reduce the amount of time out-of-office. Phase 1 - 2 days Instructor-led Group Training (09:00 - 16:30) Phase 2 - 12 months access to self-paced E-learning: Revit Structure 2013 – The Complete Guide (Refer to terms and conditions on login)

Courseware Login details for Global E-Training will be provided at the Instructor-led training. Access to Guided E-Training for 12 months

Certification An A2K Technologies “Certificate of Attendance” will be issued on completion of the course. An Autodesk “Certificate of Completion” will be issued on successful completion of the E-Learning course

Who Should Attend & Prerequisites This course is designed for new users of Revit Structure. No previous CAD experience is required, but students are expected to have: • a sound level of computer literacy • an understanding of Structural Design and Drafting • an understanding of Architectural/Structural documentation requirements • access to Revit Structure and the Internet to enable completion of the E-Learning phase
