Special Report Types You may have noticed there are several reports in PHDWin with phrases in parenthesis after the report name. These phrases demarcate reports with special characteristics that we think you will find highly useful. The list below defines each of these phrases and includes instructions for how these report characteristics should be used. Report Phrase

(Comment prompt)

Use Reports allow you to generate report output for a user-specified number of years and months. For example, if 2 years monthly and 5 years annual is entered into the report prompt, the resulting report would display 2 years of values reported monthly followed by 5 years of values reported annually. Note: These prompts contain a dropdown list of values and a text field for values. You can enter any value manually into the text field. Reports will prompt you for a comment to add to the report. These comments can appear at the header or footer of the report, depending on the report formatting.

(Disc.)

Report utilizes discounted cash flow values.

(Non. Disc.)

Report utilizes non-discounted cash flow values.

(by partner)

Report displayed values in groupings by partner.

(Page/case)

Indicates report will generate one page for each case in the report run.

(Sum)/(Sum Only)

Indicates report will product only summary values for cases selected.
