1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Bruce Azevedo. 2. Motion to approve the regular session minutes of May 15, 2017. Motion made by Josh Chandler and seconded by Derek Doster. Yes votes Burdette, Chandler and Doster, Azevedo abstains, he was not present at meeting. Motion to approve called meeting May 31, 2017 by Josh Chandler, seconded by Gerry Burdette. Motion carried yes votes by Bruce Azevedo, Gerry Burdette and Josh Chandler. Derek Doster abstained, he was not present at last meeting. 3. Financial report given by Gerry Burdette. Motion to file for audit made by Josh Chandler and seconded by Derek Doster. Yes votes, Azevedo, Burdette, Chandler and Doster. 4. Marvin White reported on water request of Georgia Renewable Power LLC and Letter of Intent that was sent to work on a rate for Large Commercial Accounts. 5.

6. Utility Director Report given by Marvin White due to Steve being on vacation.

The water line has been completed for Cypress Woods on McCannon Morris Road The water line has been completed for Neese Mobile Home Park on Willis Glenn Road. Discussion of attorney’s role: Commission Chairman John Scarborough suggested no action be taken at this time due to Georgia Renewable Power LLC Project.
Motion made by Derek Doster to remove the attorney’s role from the agenda and stay as is, seconded by Gerry Burdette. Motion carries Yes votes by Azevedo, Burdette, Chandler and Doster. 8. No Closed Session
