Please note the FSSI Print Management program will be rescinding this mod request for the time being to allow for more dialogue with the FA 2 Vendor Community. The continued dialogue will be facilitated by the GSA team in conjunction with the Vendor Community and the Coalition for Government procurement. A date and time for this discussion will be forthcoming. In the interim, we do ask that your Agency continue to report data in revised reporting template format (attached) which most vendors have already been doing. We are requesting that Industry provide all new business volume starting October 1st, 2013 in this format as well as for all future reporting cycles to allow for complete FY '14 data to be captured. Please note: Task Order Device Usage reporting at this point in time is no longer a requirement. The only exception is if your company bills our Client based off of any device usage (i.e. CostPer-Copy Lease Awards, Per click maintenance plan agreements or associated device overages), this needs be reported when it is invoiced.
