Internal Research Advisory Committee (InteRACt) What is the purpose? The Research and Evaluation (R&E) Learning and Improvement team, with support and advisement from the Chief Program Officer (CPO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), convenes the Internal Research Advisory Committee (InteRACt) comprised of staff members across First 5 LA’s departments. The goal of InteRACt is to offer members an opportunity to engage in dialogue about First 5 LA research and evaluation efforts to promote organizational learning and improvement.

Who are InteRACt members? The First 5 LA Directors, CPO and CAO are all automatically InteRACt members. Programs Division directors identify one additional representative from their department to serve on the committee for a minimum of one year. Administration Division managers or their designees serve as InteRACt members. The CPO
