Analysing the Customers as well as products that can be Manufatured. DESINGNING & SIMULATION: Designing the customer component drawing on Solid works and then Preparing the Casting model ,methoding and simulating on Magmasoft software. Analysis of the results of the Magmasoft for the defects that can occur in foundry. And taking corrective action in preventing the defects occuring in previous designs as well as. PROCESS CONTROL :Controlling the process parameters and verifying the reports of process control engineer and solving issues hampering the quality and reducing the variations occurring in process parameters. Keeping a track of latest developments in the industries. HEAT TREATMENT : Materials : Abrasion Resistance cast irons , Hi chrome steels , Mn steels, GX42CRMO4,Low alloy steels etc. Setting up heat treatment cycle and checking for the problems occurring at microstructure level , mechanical problems as well as solving the problems related to them. Testing the final product whether meeting the desired work condition as well as calculating the life and failure . PRICING :To support pricing cell in cost estimation activities component wise & details costing of components/new part. Draw up plan to develop / procure components within time, cost & quality objectives. CUSTOMER RELATION & TEAM MANAGMENT :To get actively involved in projects feasibility studies. Responsibility for quality ,cost & delivery targets for all new products and improvements in existing products. Develop trusting & cordial relationships with the team members & customer .
