January 27-30, 2010, for the District’s filing of its annual funding request with the Congressional Delegation and for meetings with the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) regarding the District’s Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funding request (GM Memo No. 10033).
