Consider authorizing members of the Board of Directors to attend the American Public Transportation Association’s Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. on March 14-16, 2010 (DS Memo No. 10-022). d. Consider authorizing the General Counsel to attend the American Public Transportation Association’s Legal Affairs Workshop in Orlando, Florida on February 20-23, 2010 (GC Memo No. 10-023). e. Consider authorizing the Board President, or his designee, and Interim General Manager to travel to Washington, D. C. January 27-30, 2010, for the District’s filing of its annual funding request with the Congressional Delegation and for meetings with the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) regarding the District’s Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funding request (GM Memo No. 10033). Consider authorizing the Interim General Manager to draft language for a ballot measure for the November 2010 General Election to provide for an increase in and extension of the District’s current parcel tax within Special District 1 (GM Memo No. 10034). Consider authorizing the Interim General Manager to enter into an agreement terminating the mobile command post vehicle contract with Van Hool and adoption of Resolution No. 10-001 authorizing the filing and execution of revised applications and amendments to the funding agreements with the California Emergency Management Agency for FY 2007-08 and 2008-09 Transit System Safety, Security and Disaster Response Account funds (GM Memo No. 10-021) [Request to forward to the Board of Directors the same day pursuant to Board Policy 100, Section 5.5.4]. 6. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 10-004 authorizing the Interim General Manager, or her designee, to file an application for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5309 Discretionary grants for urban circulator system for the East Bay Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project, committing the necessary local match funds for the project, and stating the assurance of Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District to complete the project (GM Memo No. 10-035) [Request to forward to the Board of Directors the same day pursuant to Board Policy 100, Section 5.5.4].
