Typify how much work is involved. How many hours should be estimated per week or per month for this work? It is not possible to estimate the time to be estimated for this work based on past experience because the work is assigned on an as needed basis. AHA currently has several projects, including conveyance of several un-productive vacant lots to adjoining landowners and consolidating various parcels for use as parking lots, that will require a significant number of hours, over a period of time, to complete.

Who maintains the files for Purchase and Sale, AHA or at the vendor? This will assist us in determining the amount of work involved. AHA will maintain the files for purchase and sale.

Attachment I: Fee Proposal – the form only allows the opportunity to provide rates for associates and paralegals. While we intend to be efficient and use the most cost effective legal service provider, are we able to propose partners and partner rates as well? Yes, rates for partners are encouraged. The omission of “Partners” in the attachment is an oversight.

4.

Declarations (page 13) – should we repeat all of this language in our proposal prior to answering bullet 5? No, a simple statement to the effect that the respondent declares that they will comply with the Declarations contained in paragraph 31 of the RFP is acceptable.
