Take advantage of these convenient and low-cost health screenings. Packages take about an hour or less and your results are given immediately. 1. Executive Wellness Package - Only $355 ($5,000 in hospital) Includes the carotid arteries (stroke), thyroid, liver, kidneys, pancreas, gall bladder, spleen, and aorta (aneurysm & plaque) osteoporosis (bone loss) ultrasound (U/S), 12-lead EKG, full panel cholesterol and a urinalysis.
2. Abdominal Ultrasound Package - Only $195 ($2,500 in hospital) Includes a liver, kidneys, pancreas, gall bladder and spleen and aorta U/S.
3. Vascular (heart attack/stroke) Package - Only $195 ($2,500 in hospital) Includes the carotid arteries (stroke), *CIMT (heart attack), aorta U/S, full panel cholesterol and an EKG.
4. Ultimate Wellness Package - Only $635 ($5,500 in hospital) Includes the carotid arteries (stroke), *CIMT, liver, kidneys, pancreas, thyroid, gall bladder, spleen, and aorta U/S, osteoporosis (bone loss) U/S, EKG, full panel cholesterol, urinalysis, *TSH (thyroid function), *Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (liver & kidneys), *hsCRP (heart attack), and the *PSA/prostate (for men) or uterus & ovaries U/S (for ladies).

Medical Screening Descriptions *ULTRASOUND IMAGING: Carotid (stroke) arteries: Duplex ultrasound is used to visualize the carotid arteries and to evaluate any “fatty’ or calcified plaque seen in the arteries preventing the #1 cause of stroke. $45 Carotid CIMT (Intima-Media Thickness Measurement): The distal common carotid artery is imaged to measure plaque thickness that strongly correlates with heart disease/heart attack. A 2-page report is given. $95 Abdominal and pelvic: Ultrasound is used to visualize the organs of the abdomen and pelvis to check for masses, tumors, hemangiomas, aneurysms, cysts, fibroids, stones and any other visible abnormalities: $45 each Liver Spleen Kidneys Aorta Pancreas Gallbladder Uterus & Ovaries Thyroid: Ultrasound is used to image the thyroid gland to assess for nodules, cysts enlargement, etc. $45
NON-IMAGING ULTRASOUND SCREENINGS: Osteoporosis screening: Ultrasound is used to measure the density (bone mass) of the calcaneous (heel bone) to evaluate a person’s risk for osteoporosis (brittle bones). $45 Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) screening: Continuous wave Doppler ultrasound is used with blood pressure cuffs to detect peripheral arterial disease (PAD). The objective is to detect blocked arteries in the legs that strongly correlate with heart disease . $45
LAB TESTS: TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone): A blood test to check for Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism. $95 Comprehensive Metabolic Panel: A finger stick is performed and the blood is checked for ALB, ALP, ALT, AST, BUN, Ca, Clˉ, CRE, GLU, K+, Na+, TBIL, tCO2 & TP. $95 Cholesterol/Lipid test (full panel): Finger stick procedure allows identification of an important modifiable risk factor for the prevention of heart attack and stroke. This test gives the full breakdown, which includes the Total Cholesterol, HDL (good), LDL (bad), Total/HDL ratio, triglycerides & glucose. $45 ALT (Liver function test): A finger stick is used to aid in the diagnosis of certain liver diseases and monitor liver toxicity of select drug therapies. $45 PSA screening (prostate cancer): Finger stick procedure used for the early detection of prostate cancer in men. $95 hsCRP(highly sensitive C-Reactive Protein): C-Reactive Protein is a marker that indicates inflammation associated with the future development of heart disease even in apparently healthy individuals. $95 EKG (Electrocardiogram): Standard 12-lead electrocardiogram is performed to discern arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms), undetected heart attacks or to develop a baseline. $45 Urinalysis: To check the urine for: urobilinogen, glucose, ketones, bilirubin, protein, nitrite, leukocytes, blood, specific gravity and pH. $45 Colorectal (colon/rectal cancer): A screening performed in your home to detect blood in the stool. This is an early indicator of possible colon/rectal cancer. $20 * Pictures are given of ALL abnormalities to each individual along with a letter to their doctor to help explain the results.
