Be sure to take advantage of the many offerings available through the Premier Partner Program. Remember, Ingram Micro has one of the most lucrative points programs available. It allows you to earn as you buy – use these points to receive credits from Ingram Micro expenses. This month you can look forward to another co-op statement. Ingram Micro has outlined the dollars you have earned and can use towards marketing activities.

Points Program •

This program allows participating resellers to earn Points based on their total Ingram Micro sales, which may be used at Ingram Micro to “purchase” a variety of valuable services. Based on the dollar value of total purchases, these points can be used to “pay” for such items as training, air shipments, fulfillment charges, configuration and 9:00 a.m. delivery.

The following is an example of how points are earned: 1) Customer ABC ‘s sales in the period of January 1stMarch 31st = $300,000 2) Points calcuation - $1000 sales = 1point 3) Therefore Customer ABC has 300 points •

RULES: To access to your earned points, please complete the top portion of the redemption form and submit it along with the Ingram Micro invoice(s) confirming your payment for the service. Please fax the claim form to the Premier Partner Program Assistant, Ingram Micro at (416) 740-6100 for fast processing and credit applied directly to your account. All redemption/claim forms will be sent to you with your first statement at the beginning of July.

Opportunity Funding The Premier Partner Program includes opportunity funding that participating vendors provide based on your growth of their products. It is a pool of funds that can be accessed by your company for marketing activities. The process is as follows: 1) Fax proposal of marketing activity (see below) Attn. Robin Barrett (416) 740-6100. 2) Ingram Micro and Vendor will review proposal based on increased sales with Ingram Micro. 3) Vendor will decide to pass through a percentage of sales based on growth to fund the marketing activity. 4) Ingram Micro will notify your company of funds allocated for the activity. 5) Within 60 days, your company will then provide: • a copy of the invoice from the supplier, • a completed claim form, • Proof of Performance, and • an invoice billing Ingram Micro for the co-op amount. 6) Ingram Micro will then process the claim and credit your account within 90 days.
