1. Click on Tools and select Internet Options…
2. Click on LAN Settings…
3. When outside of VCSC network, uncheck this option. When inside VCSC network, check this option.
4. Click OK.
5. Click OK.
Netscape or Mozilla
1. Click on Edit and select Preferences…
2. Click on + to show options.
3. Click on proxies to show options.
4. When outside VCSC network, select Direct connection to the Internet.
5. When inside VCSC network, select Manual proxy configuration
6. Click OK.
