ASTTBC’s AGM brought a change in the elected leader for our association. In accepting the gavel and ASTTBC ‘Talking Stick’, Bill thanked Doug for his excellent leadership during the past two years. “Doug brought to the position of President considerable leadership and board governance experience, having served for several years on the Board of the University of Northern BC’, said MacPherson. “He did much to advance ASTTBC and the professionals regulated by the Association”.
