PREFACE This book contains policies, regulations, and provisions that pertain to the Catholic elementary and secondary schools in the Diocese of Harrisburg and are binding on the employees of those schools. The policies and regulations contained herein will be revised or deleted and new policies and regulations will be added when, in the judgment of the Diocese, it is deemed necessary or feasible to revise, delete, or add them. None of the policies, regulations, or provisions contained herein constitute a contract, either expressed or implied, between the Diocese, a parish, a school, and any other individual or entity. The Diocese reserves the right to deviate from the policies, regulations, or provisions contained herein where, in the judgment of the Diocese, there is compelling cause to do so.
