Potential part-time lecturer positions Ongoing search for potential part-time lecturer positions (for credit courses) in the Liberal Arts and Business Careers & Technology program areas. Please indicate availability (day, evening, or both) and delivery experience (on-ground, on-line, or both). English *The area of English being sought is for Part-Time Instructors for both developmental and college level English courses to be held at both on-campus and off-campus sites. Interested candidates should indicate their past teaching experience, particularly at the college level. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in English or English Education. Preferred qualifications: Experience teaching college English courses. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualifications are encouraged to state in writing precisely how their background and experience have prepared them for the responsibilities of this position. Exceptions to the degree requirements may be made for compelling reasons. Start Date: January 2017 Salary: $1546 to $1663 per credit hour depending on experience in the Connecticut Community College system. Note: adjuncts are restricted to less than 9 credit hours of teaching across the Connecticut Community College system.
