Bainbridge/PLN Tracking How to track customers packages that go to Canada. Bainbridge pays for this feature and this is how to use it on our end.
Step 1You go to http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com put the tracking number in and click “track”
Below is what will appear for the package. Also, if you look to the right side of that screen you will see: Delivery by DP packet plus. Also, note you will see another tracking number directly below DP packet plus . THAT number is a Canadian post tracking number.

IF you copy and post that tracking number into Canada post tracking system you will see through Canada post that it was delivered.
Also IF you click on the Name that says signatory name, you will actually see the signature of the person that signed for it. This will alleviate the need for reshipments and save the client and company a lot of hassle and time wasted. As, we will see proof that this product was received AND signed for. Getting rid of a lot of un-necessary re-ship requests.
Also can be used for packages still in transit… The same could be used to track a
package that have not been delivered yet, it will appear with a bar showing where in transit it is once you put the Canadian number into track, just instead of showing delivered it shows in transit and will tell you when it can be expected delivery.
