DRAGLA, Peter - At the Chatham-Kent Alliance on Wednesday August 23rd, 2006, Peter Dragla of Chatham in his 63rd year. Beloved wife of Stoianca (Luchin). Loving father of Carmen Jocko and her husband Jean Jacques of Toronto. Predeceased by a brother in Romania. Mr.Dragla was research technician at The Ridgetown Agricultural College. He was a Hemp Breeder and developed the first Canadian Varieties. Family and friends are invited to the ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME, 245 Wellington West, Chatham, (519) 352-2710 on Friday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service for Mr.Dragla will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, August 26th at 11:00 a.m. with Father Sandulescu celebrant. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery. Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Association.
