Period Detail Report 1. Click on the “Office” tab. 2. Inside the Attendance area, select “Reports”

3. Select the “Period Detail” Report The “Period Detail” report window will open.

4. Click the “Add” button to add a new report template. A new window will open to set up the parameters for your report.

5. Name your template to match the report you are creating. (Ex: First Day Attendance Details)

6. In the “Report Ranges” area, select to run the report for a specific date – choose the first day of school. (Ex: 08/26/2013)

7. In the “Report Ranges” area, change the Attendance Period to be a high and low of period 02. (Ex: Low – 02; High - 02)

8. Click the “Absence Types” button The “Absence Types” window will open.

9. For all four areas of the Absence Type Selection, click the “Add All” button to move ALL excused, unexcused, tardy, and other types over to the selected types boxes.

10. Click the “Save” button.

11. Verify all parameters are set how you want the report to run. Click the “Save and Print” button.

The generated report will provide a list of all students marked absent/tardy during the selected period.
